What is Python?
Python is a programming language that is not just object-oriented and interpreted but even high level with vigorous semantics. Guido van Rossum conceptualized the Python language during the late 1980s. Initially, the language was designed to serve as a good response to the well-known ABC language idealized in the Netherlands. Python had good similarities with the ABC programming language but there were better exceptions as well. Python, the language that was initially conceptualized was targeted towards the Amoeba OS. An interesting fact about this language is that it has not been named after a snake but a TV show in Britain called Monty Python.
